Got the prototypes in hand today, after UPS decided to make me wait for them over the weekend.
Ok, so modeling is pretty much done. And here is something new. There are two bases. So I can attach the flail to which ever arm I want. G1 accuracy means it has to go on the right arm. But in the cartoon, Megatron didn’t have his cannon, and with the classic cannon not detachable, [...]
So the 3D part has been started. Mocked up Megatron’s right arm and hands for the flail’s base. Also modeled most of the main sphere. Its bout 90% done.
So now Megatron is going to need his trusty energon flail to go up against Prime with his axe. I’ve had some designs ready to go. While doing research, I saw some cool designs I could go with. Like having two or three spiked spheres. However, the cost will double/triple to even get myself one [...]
