RF-006 Gold Scout Pre-paid Orders Shipping

Header

The RF-006 GOLD SCOUT kits are now shipping for those who already pre-paid for preorders back from September 2011.  Email confirmations are being sent as kits are shipped out.  All orders for just a single Black, Yellow, or RTS Orange kit, will be shipped out by this weekend.  The G1 Blue kits are shipping, but will take longer to complete all shipments, due to the amount of orders.

Please remember, all paid preorders come with the early bird translucent orange gun.  As well, the 3rd new gun, in either blue for the G1 blue sets, or black for the other sets.  Lastly, the solid blue visor is now only part of these early bird orders.  They will not be included with subsequent sets, starting with the pay later preorders, and will be replaced with the 3rd mini gun, in gray.

If you preordered, and chose to pay later, you can expect a PayPal invoice once all early bird orders are shipped.  No ETA on that for the moment.  A email will also be sent to notify you about the invoice.

For those who missed out on preorders, there will be plenty of Gold Scout kits left for sale, once all preorders are shipped.

RF-003 – DJ Rockblast Upgrade Kit

The RF-003 DJ Rockblast Upgrade Kit is for the Universe Blaster mold, which is a straight repaint of Cybertron Soundwave.  This upgrade kit came in three versions, with various parts.  There were two main helmet designs.  One “Retro” helmet, featuring a rounded design like the G1 Blaster head.  And  “Cyber” helmet, more angular to match the figure’s blockier design from the Cybertron series.  All sets came with atleast two difference faces.  A cartoon style face, and a G1 toy style face.  A G1 comic style face was exclusive to the Full Set.  A updated large rifle was included, as well as a backpack accessory, which allowed the large rifle to be carried on the back, or store the original guns the figure came with.  As well, the backpack doubled as a gun.  A suprise mini rifle was included.  As well, 2 chest stickers, designed by Alex from Gotham Collectibles.  All kits came with a collectors card.

Full Set – This is the complete version.  It is also limited to 100 sets.  This kit consisted of:

1x Cyber Helmet
1x Retro Helmet
1x Cartoon Face
1x G1 Face
1x Comic Face
1x Large Rifle
1x Mini AM Rifle
1x Backpack
2x Chest sticker
1x Collectors Card

Cyber Set – This set came with just the “Cyber” helmet.  It is also limited to 100 sets.  This kit consisted of:

1x Cyber Helmet
1x Cartoon Face
1x G1 Face
1x Large Rifle
1x Mini AM Rifle
1x Backpack
2x Chest sticker
1x Collectors Card

Retro Set – This set came with just the “Retro” helmet.  It is also limited to 100 sets.  This kit consisted of:

1x Retro Helmet
1x Cartoon Face
1x G1 Face
1x Large Rifle
1x Mini AM Rifle
1x Backpack
2x Chest sticker
1x Collectors Card

Under Construction, New Store Opening Soon

Please be advised, the website is currently under construction, as I implement the new Renderform Store system.  The links at the top of the page do not work at the moment.

Check back later next week for opening of the new store, along with the online debut for the Frost Axe.  I might have some other new items up….

Also, the RF-006 kits are not delayed until 2012.  They will begin shipping very soon.

RF-006 Delay and Other Updates

I have to announce a delay with the RF-006 kits.  Due to the difficulty of casting the main front helmets, and remain bubble free, a slight redesign of the horns is needed, to help with the resin flow during casting procedure.  As there will be a slight difference with the new helmet masters, I have decided to scrap all the current made helmets and remake them using the modified design.  This new version looks the pretty much the same, but only affects the casting procedure.  I plan to begin shipping kits in around two weeks for all Pay Now orders.

Due to the delay, I am adding a new bonus part, which is a another gun.  This is a homage design to what Goldbug used in the Headmasters series. As adding a new part now, adds more time to making the kits, I decided another bonus gun would be quicker, compared to any other part.  This gun will come with all Pay Now orders.  I can not confirm at the moment if this gun will be available with the Pay Later orders.  For those who already have paid for their RF-006 kit, head over to the Renderform Facebook page, and post what color the gun should be for all Pay Now orders!  The final color will be determined by the majority vote!

Renderform Facebook Page!

As well, all the Pay Later RF-006 orders will be pushed back for production until the beginning of 2012.

For the RW weapons that have been for sale are now shipping out.  I ended up splitting the orders in two batches.  In order to not make people wait too long after paying, some people have yet to be invoiced.  I plan to finish invoicing people soon.  All the weapons, except for the RFX-001 Redemption and Fury axes will be removed from the order page tomorrow night, October 2nd, at 11:59pm PST.  This will be the last chance to order any of the other weapons until the end of the month, or early December.

For those that were not able to make it, below are photos of the new items, from the actual show, and from a photoshoot.

As mentioned last week, tomorrow, October 18th, at 7:00pm PST, I will have items for sale from the toy show.  These items are in stock, and will begin shipping next Monday.  As the RF-006 kits are being prepared as well, items for tomorrow’s sales are limited.  The following items will be available, along with their pricing.

Based on feedback, I will be trying to setup a new ordering system in time for tomorrow’s sales.

*For those wanting to get the RW-003 and RW-004, I suggest waiting until the RW-004 set is ready for sale, as I will offer a bundle pricing for those two later.

Limits will be enforced only if there is a high demand for a particular item, then I will make sure at least everyone gets one of each item.  If your interested in the RFX-001 axes, tomorrow is the best time to order them, as they are limited runs.  The rest will be available again next month.
